Can someone help me on how I can detect if my company system is been hack or monitoring by hackers?

hi my name is Aryendra, i am not a hacker but i will give you a suggestion if it seems like your system is been hacked or monitoring by hackers you should have to called cyber security & you should also search the questions of "what will be happens to the system after hacking,monitoring or attacking by hackers."
